The Thankful Heart

This got me thinking !
A man reached 70 years of age and was affected by a disease which made him unable to pee. The doctors told him that he needs an operation to cure the disease. He agreed to do the operation as the problem was giving him severe pain for days. When the operation was completed the doctor gave him a bill which covered all the costs. After looking at the bill, the man started crying. Upon seeing this, the doctor said "If the cost is too high then we could make some other arrangements for you."The old man replied, "I am not crying because of the money but I am crying because God let me pee for 70 years and He never sent me a bill!" Have you thanked God for His countless blessings today?

How much we take seemingly "little things" for granted as if it's our right! We are so quick to complain about all the evil things happenings around,all that has gone wrong but never for once think of expressing gratitude!

Thank Him for all you can ever think for! Even for unanswered prayers,what about those prayers you never prayed and He answered?

When a man is looking for a wife, he bypasses women of different shapes and sizes to choose a wife. But soon after
childbirth, many women hide under the excuse of childbirth to let go of themselves.

Women process thoughts EXTERNALLY,when a woman is thinking about something, SHE WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT;she wants to communicate. They might not necessarily want you to fix it,they just want to talk about it,find encouragement or something!

Men process thoughts INTERNALLY! Now,the more something bothers them, THE LESS THEY SAY ABOUT IT! When a man is really frustrated,worried and upset- HE SAYS NOTHING!

What women do externally,they do internally! They go into the "cave"(heart) to PROCESS ISSUES and you think they don't care because they don't verbalize!

Let me shock you-he cares as much as you do about it, he doesn't just communicate like you do!

When you told him about the problem and he kept playing with the remote control, changing from channel to channel and said nothing about it, he was already in his "thought room". Don't be shocked if he return days later to tell you about his take on the matter!

The irony is that; you the woman that talked about that problem had already forgotten about it!

Don't be mad when he doesn't talk when you expect him to! Take it easy! He isn't just as relationship oriented as you are! Strike a balance

The Truth About Engagement

That you are both engaged still doesn't give you the right to sleep with each other or make you husband and wife.

You ain't married yet! Engagement is just a process to an end; it can be broken!

So why engage in an act reserved for the confines of marriage? Engagement shouldn't be a yardstick for getting involved in fornication.

What Do You Look Out For In A Man

Whenever I have chat with ladies,a lot tell me that in this time and age-no man even believers can stay off sex before marriage. Their submission: They do not exist in this part of the world.
It amazes me because when you submit yourself to that slavery mentality,you have invariably given yourself away to sex!
I was quick to point out to them: THERE ARE MEN WHO WOULD WAIT,THOUGH NOT EASY! My voice seems to drown amidst them all! They all look at me strangely!
But it's the truth! Those men abound! The only problem is: THEY MIGHT NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED! They might not dress so well,might not be as rich as you have always wanted,sometimes-their spoken English might not even be as smooth as you always loved! Note: NOT ALL, but many of them!
Often times than not,they are in their raw state-not attractive or your taste! It takes you seeing beyond what they look like on the OUTSIDE TO WHAT THEY CARRY ON THE INSIDE! They are GOLD IN RAW FORM; YOU MAY HAVE TO HELP POLISH THEM!
Therefore I think the question shouldn't be 'Do such men still abound?" rather I think it should be " what do you look out for in a man? "

Women And Wealth

I keep asking myself this question: why are we ladies of nowadays overtly overwhelmed with wealth?
Until we ladies of nowadays begin to look past how a man is (pocket,looks,swag,diction) and have a foresight to who a man can become(content wise), a lot of us might keep passing by our husbands everyday,see him from time to time etc yet fail to know he is the one because of the idols we place in our hearts or a picture of who he should be!!!

Ready Made Man

Everybody wants a ready made man,but everything in life is a PROCESS! Those men too started from somewhere! You will be shocked to hear their "Surulere" stories!
Run after a ready made and he tells u the history of how you came into his house with a nylon bag! -Lolz
As a woman,be it business,job or something-you can support in any little way you can.
Wealth is not brought from heaven,it is worked for here on earth!
